Contact

A real person reads this. If a PDF will not open, telling us what is odd about it is genuinely useful — awkward files are how the tool gets better.

This button composes an email in your own mail client. Nothing is submitted to a server — there is no form endpoint here, because there is no back end.

Reporting a security issue

Email the same address with SECURITY in the subject line. Please give us a reasonable window to fix a genuine issue before publishing it. There is no bug bounty — we are not pretending to have a budget we do not have — but you will get credit in the release notes if you want it.

Bugs and feature requests

Email is the fastest route. Tell us what you did, what happened, and which browser you used.

A PDF that misbehaves

Please do not send us the document. The entire point of this tool is that we never receive your files, and a support inbox would undo that. Describe what happened, what the file is like, and which browser you used. If you can reproduce it with a document that contains nothing sensitive, that file is welcome and will end up in our test corpus.

Using it at work

You do not need our permission and there is nothing to buy. If your IT team wants to host it internally, the whole editor is one HTML file — put it on a share or an intranet server and it works with no outbound connection at all. Ask us and we will help you check it.

Response times

We are a small team running a clinic alongside this. Expect a few days rather than a few hours, and longer on security reports because we would rather send you a fix than an acknowledgement.
