Design a stamp, then put it on the page
Stamp Studio is a visual stamp designer built into the editor. Choose a layout — stacked lines, a framed box, a ribbon, a circular seal or a logo lockup — set the ink colour, letter spacing and distress, and add variable fields like {{date}} so the stamp is always current. Place it on any page, export it as a transparent PNG, or bundle a set into a shareable pack.
Most PDF tools give you five fixed stamps in a colour you did not choose. That is fine until you need your clinic's name on it, or a registration number, or today's date, or a seal that matches the one on your letterhead.
Stamp Studio works the way ordering a physical rubber stamp works: you specify it, you see it, and what you see is exactly what gets pressed onto the page — the preview and the artwork come out of the same function, so they cannot drift apart.

Open Stamp Studio
In the editor, open the Stamps panel and choose New stamp. Or start from one of the ready-made packs: Office, Legal, Education, QC or Medical.
Pick a layout
Stacked lines for the classic RECEIVED look, a ribbon banner, a circular seal with text running round the edge, or a two-column lockup with your logo on the left.
Write the lines
Each line has its own typeface, size, weight, letter spacing and alignment. Add variable fields such as {{date}}, {{time}}, {{page}} or {{counter:4}} — they resolve when the stamp is placed, so the date is always right.
Set the ink and the wear
Choose a frame, an ink colour, and how heavily it is pressed. The distress slider breaks up the ink the way a real stamp does, which matters when documents get printed, signed and scanned back in.
Save it and use it
Save it to your library, then click to place it on any page and drag it where you want. Export it as a transparent PNG for Word and email, or bundle your set into a .stamps pack and send it to a colleague.
What you can control
- Layouts — stacked lines, framed box, ribbon banner, circular seal with arc text, or a logo-and-text lockup
- Frames — none, single rule, double rule, rounded, or dashed
- Ink — stamp red, office blue, archive black, approved green, violet, slate, or any colour you pick, at a realistic pressure
- Type — per line: face, size, weight, letter spacing, alignment and capitalisation
- Distress — a slider from crisp digital to heavily worn rubber
- Logos — upload one and the background is removed automatically, giving you three versions: original, background removed, and single-ink
Variable fields
A stamp that says "RECEIVED 12 March" is wrong on the thirteenth. Variable fields are resolved at the moment the stamp is placed, not when it is designed.

Stamp packs travel
Export a set of stamps as a .stamps file and email it. Whoever receives it imports it in one click and has the identical set — same wording, same ink, same registration number. No account, no sync service, no administrator, no seats.
This is how a personal tool quietly becomes an office standard. One person makes the clinic's stamp set; it circulates; the tool travels with it.

Straight answers
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPEG in the logo layout and the background is removed automatically by sampling the corner pixels. You get three versions to choose between: original, background removed, and single-ink, which is useful when the stamp must be one colour.
Can I use the stamps outside this editor?
Yes. Export any stamp as a transparent PNG at four times scale and use it in Word, email, image editors, or anywhere else. It is a normal image file.
Will the stamp still look right when printed?
Stamps are rendered at three times the placement size before being embedded, so they stay sharp in print. The distress slider exists for exactly this reason — a perfectly clean digital stamp reads as pasted-on once a document has been printed and scanned back in.
Can I make a circular seal?
Yes. The seal layout draws a double ring with your first line curving round the top, your last line round the bottom, and any middle lines stacked in the centre. It is the standard shape for notary and quality-control seals.
Does a stamp count as a legal signature?
No, and you should not treat it as one. Stamps and the signature tool produce visual marks on a page, not cryptographic signatures. They are what most everyday documents need, but they carry no cryptographic assurance and we do not claim they do.
