Build a fillable PDF form

Short answer

Start from one of ten templates or a blank page, then drag on text, fillable fields — text, text area, checkbox, radio group, dropdown, date — an image or logo, and a signature line. Press Generate and download a real fillable PDF, built and verified in your browser.

Most "PDF form maker" tools upload your form design to a server the moment you start, before you have even decided what goes on it. This one runs entirely in your browser — designing a form is drag-and-drop layout plus a PDF library, both of which your browser already does perfectly well on its own.

Questions

Straight answers

Does this create a real fillable PDF, or just a picture of one?

A real one. Each field block becomes an actual AcroForm field — the same kind any standard PDF reader recognises and this site's own Fill Forms tool already reads — not text drawn to look like a box.

What is the difference between a text block and a field block?

A text block is permanent page content, like a heading or instructions — whoever fills out the form later cannot edit it. A field block is an actual fillable input the end user types or clicks into. Mixing them up is the one thing worth double-checking before you generate.

Can I add a logo or letterhead?

Yes — the Image block accepts any image, and there is nothing stopping you from placing one across the top of the page as a letterhead or a smaller one in a corner as a logo. There is no separate "letterhead" mechanism; it is the same image block, just positioned where you want it.

Does the Signature block create a digital signature?

No. It reserves a labelled, ruled space for one — the same way a paper form does. Once the form is filled, sign it with this site's own Sign PDF tool, or print and sign by hand.

Can I reuse a form I have already built?

Not yet from this page directly — export keeps the generated PDF, not the editable design. If you need to build several similar forms, the fastest way right now is to open one of the ten templates and adjust it each time.
