Straight answers
Does this create a real fillable PDF, or just a picture of one?
A real one. Each field block becomes an actual AcroForm field — the same kind any standard PDF reader recognises and this site's own Fill Forms tool already reads — not text drawn to look like a box.
What is the difference between a text block and a field block?
A text block is permanent page content, like a heading or instructions — whoever fills out the form later cannot edit it. A field block is an actual fillable input the end user types or clicks into. Mixing them up is the one thing worth double-checking before you generate.
Can I add a logo or letterhead?
Yes — upload your logo once in the Brand kit panel and click "Add logo to header" to place it, or use a plain Image block anywhere you want one manually. The brand kit logo and accent colour also carry over automatically if you switch to a different template, so you only set it up once per session, not once per form.
Does the Signature block create a digital signature?
No. It reserves a labelled, ruled space for one — the same way a paper form does. Once the form is filled, sign it with this site's own Sign PDF tool, or print and sign by hand.
Can I reuse a form I have already built?
Not yet from this page directly — export keeps the generated PDF, not the editable design. If you need to build several similar forms, the fastest way right now is to open one of the fifty templates and adjust it each time.
Can I put an official stamp or seal on the form?
Yes — the Stamp block opens the same stamp designer used in the full PDF editor and on the standalone stamp maker: choose a layout, ink colour and frame, then place it on the page. It is embedded as a real image in the generated PDF, the same as a logo.
Are the templates — the NDA, the rental agreement, the consent forms — legally compliant documents?
No, and none of them claim to be. Every template is a real, working layout — the fields, the signature lines, the structure — not real legal wording. A few (the NDA cover sheet, the consent forms) include a placeholder paragraph that says exactly this and tells you to replace it with your own organisation’s actual terms. For anything with real legal or regulatory weight, have the specific wording reviewed by someone qualified before you use it — this tool builds the form, not the legal language inside it.
What is the difference between this and the full PDF editor?
This page is for designing a new form from a blank page. The full editor is for working on a PDF that already exists — including a form generated here, once downloaded.
