Board papers, HR files, draft agreements and anything circulated to a named few. It sets an expectation; it does not enforce one.

Worth knowing

A stamp is a label, not a protection. If the document actually contains information that must not be read, remove it with Redact a PDF — that deletes the text from the file rather than writing a warning over it.

  • The date fills itself in. It is a live field, not typed text, so the stamp is right every time you place it.
  • Change anything. Wording, ink, frame, size and the distress that makes it read as physically inked.
  • Nothing is uploaded. Your document is stamped in this browser tab — no account, no watermark, no limit.
